This is not what you might expect from Diego Samuel Bermudez! If you look at the processing that was done on this coffee (see below), you might expect big-time funky fruits with a “process-forward” kind of flavor profile. But in fact it is just the opposite: this coffee is gentle, delicate, and elegant. Don’t mistake that for a lack of flavor though! This tastes like the best of the washed geshas we’ve ever offered - think ginger, white tea, lemon blossom, orange juice, and jasmine.
