Full-bodied and chocolatey, the Esperança blends well with almost any coffee paired with it. Adding the high notes to Bay Dreamer are the coffees from the Hunapu Producers of Antigua, Guatemala. Their washed, eco-pulped Bourbón variety coffees are bright and citric; a pleasant contrast to the heavier profile of Esperança. Finally, giving floral and berry complexity to this espresso is the traditionally washed heirloom lot of Kolla Bolcha, hailing from Oromia, in western Ethiopia.
