This coffee comes to us from Café Pacayal in the Marcala region of southwest Honduras. Founded by the children of coffee producers in response to the growing climate crisis, Pacayal is dedicated to transparency and innovation in production, harvesting, and processing with a special focus on supporting women producers and young farmers. Red Rooster's first Regenerative Organic Certified® coffee is smooth with a spicy cinnamon aroma. Look for dark chocolate, dry wine, and orange peel in the cup. This coffee comes to us from Café Pacayal in the Marcala region of southwest Honduras.
