This unique setting produces Geisha that few places on Earth can match, boasting a clear sparkling acidity and strongly perfumed florals. In addition to Geisha, the Amar Sittón family also grow a few other varieties on the small 10-hectare farm. This naturally processed Yellow Catuai leapt off the cupping table during our most recent visit- it’s packed with loud red fruit notes, and a creamy mouthfeel, similar to a strawberry milkshake. We’ve had the privilege of knowing the Amar Sittón family since our first trip to Panama in 2010, and each time we visit it’s just a little more special.
