Mexico Bella Vista Mayan Harvest comes from a group of 38 family-owned producers averaging 5 acres of growing land located within the municipality of Bella Vista in the state of Chiapas, Mexico, and operated by passionate Rosalba Cifuentes Tovia who was raised in the Bella Vista coffee community. Rosalba dedicated herself to helping producers earn a better price for coffee by personally exporting the coffee directly to the Bay Area and maintaining the highest possible quality through transportation through attention to little details such as pulling samples without piercing the producer's bag. Her efforts allow producers to earn higher prices and reinvest in better agricultural practices and improve the livelihoods for their families. The cup of washed Bella Vista brings a very delicious contrast between body and acidity, with heavy notes of walnut milk chocolate bar and hints of juicy plum, sweet red apple, and complexity of refreshing cola on the aftertaste.
