Was der Röster sagt
Already a personal favorite from our roastery, Worka from Ethiopia exhibits one of our favorite profiles. But wait, it gets better! This special micro-lot has been set aside due to a new processing method. Carbonic Maceration (normally found in wine fermentation), has been the talk of experimental coffee producers for the last few years. After extracting the coffee you’ll see the hype is warranted. Juicy Peach and chamomile-like notes drift from the aroma upon brewing. This unique coffee does a superb job of illustrating both terroir of origin as well as innovative talent in farming. This is our fifth year to carry coffee from the mill.Already a personal favorite from our roastery, Worka from Ethiopia exhibits one of our favorite profiles. But wait, it gets better!
