Was der Röster sagt
We came across this coffee on our last trip to Colombia in February right before Covid-19 changed the world. Luis Vargas produced the exact profile we tend to search for in Colombia. Bright orange acidity offset by a deep sweetness and silky body. While you may be familiar with the Caturra variety that we buy in Colombia, this is a special organic mutation dubbed “Caturra Chiroso”. We plan to search for more of this mutation in the future, but for now take notice and taste what is to come!We came across this coffee on our last trip to Colombia in February right before Covid-19 changed the world.
