Was der Röster sagt
The Sebatigita family has owned a small quality-focused farm in Burundi for almost a century. Ephrem Sebatigita, the newest family operator, is taking the farm to even greater heights through modern farming techniques. Ephrem has also recently risen to the distinguished position, Director of CQI (Coffee Quality Institute) in Burundi. It’s an honor for us to be roasting his harvest this year. This peerlessly clean, natural coffee speaks with notes of cherry and honeycrisp apple. This is quite a small offering and won’t last but a few weeks. Our preference is filter only for this offering. The Sebatigita family has owned a small quality-focused farm in Burundi for almost a century.
