Was der Röster sagt

This coffee has been processed at a washing station owned by Wete Ambela Coffee Export PLC. It is located in the Banko Gotiti Kebele, Gedeb Woreda, Yirgacheffe Zone. The cherries are sourced from farms situated at altitudes of 1950 to 2100 metres above sea level, with each farm spanning 1 to 2 hectares. These farms collectively produce around 54 tons of coffee. Cherries are handpicked and pulped to remove the mucilage. They are then soaked for 48 hours. The coffee is dried on African beds for 18 to 21 days. The first fresh crop from Ethiopia this year which e showcased as a filter for the first couple of roasts before tweaking it to an espresso roast as we felt the flavours will really pop for those who enjoy a sweet and floral espresso with a tangy and spritely finish.
