Brazil Signature Series is a blend of specialty coffees sourced from small farmers throughout Brazil blended to produce a high quality, signature Brazilian flavor profile.

This coffee is sourced through our friends at Capricornio who act as a hub for small and medium sized coffee farms throughout Brazil. These farmers sell their coffee lots to Capricornio who handle the processing, selling, and exporting. By combining lots into series like Signature, Capricornio is able to provide a higher price for farmers and predictability, along with a host of resources such as education, mentorship, equipment, and more.

This coffee is a blend of coffees from three farmers, Neto Ribeiro, Marcelo Valdevino, and Luiz Saldanha. Each producer has a unique story of hard work and persistence, but the consistent thread is their pursuit of the highest quality coffee built on the foundation of sustainable cultivation. Their coffees were selected because together they form the ideal “Signature” profile that's chocolatey, nutty, and roasty.
