Sidama sits at a high elevation — between 1,800 and 2,200 meters above sea level. The altitude, rich volcanic soil, and mild climate help produce coffees with bright acidity and floral complexity.

Most farmers here grow coffee on small plots of land using traditional methods. These are passed down through generations and refined over time.

The coffee cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness. They are then fully washed, fermented, and dried on raised beds. This careful process enhances the clean, crisp flavors found in the cup.
