Regaling the dinner table with incredulous stories, Mario is a larger-than-life figure who quickly became one of Siebe’s favorite producers from his visit to Panama. Full with a perfectly electric balance of gusto and audacity, that same passion finds its way into the coffees of Mil Cumbres. Hopefully in the coming years we’ll be able to get our hands on some competition-style lots from him, but for now we’re just glad to be able to work with him at all.
