WHY THIS COFFEE? This one got us into specialty way back when: a classic Ethiopian coffee with jasmine all throughout, a syrupy body, and peach, apricot fruity notes. Sourced from smallholder farmers near Sidama, it leans floral, fruity, and bright in a classic southern Ethiopian way, with a sweetness and a subtle fruitiness that keeps the cup familiar. We love this coffee and think you will too. It's light at 98 Agtron so let it rest 2 to 3 weeks. COFFEE DETAILS Origin: Dawencho, Sidama, Ethiopia Producer: Mullugeta Muntasha Varietal: 74158 Elevation: 2300-2500 masl Processing: washed Green cost: $11/lb Percentage paid to producers: 75% BREW GUIDE Join us on Reddit to chat more. We taste: Peach, apricot, unmistakable jasmine. That classic washed Ethiopia. We like it as: A conical brewer with smaller doses (max 15g). Mid-range temperatures (205) and grind (525um) to elevate the fruits and florals without overextracting the coffee. Rest: At least two weeks.
