Was der Röster sagt

Our latest single-origin is here and about to be your favourite new filter coffee; introducing the Papua New Guinea - Kindeng. Coming to you from the Kindeng Mill in the Western Highlands of Papua New Guinea. Around 1500 smallholder farmers contribute cherries to the mill, each growing coffee in small garden plots of around 1-2 acres. The result is a community lot that reflects the region rather than a single farm. This coffee is a special one, it's a naturally processed coffee from Papua New Guinea, a rarity because of the necessary drying and curing time. The ripest cherries are dried slowly on raised beds for several weeks before milling. That long drying period builds fruit depth and sweetness in the cup. We've roasted this coffee specifically for filter brewing. The lighter profile highlights clarity, fruit character, and sweetness. The profile is bold and layered. Expect rich fruit, bright citrus lift, and a chocolate finish. Get yours today.
