Was der Röster sagt
A great Kenyan coffee offering citrus acidity balanced by dried fruit sweetness and floral aromatics. For many of the farmers supplying Mugaya washing station, coffee is grown alongside maize, beans, potatoes, vegetables and tea on small plots around 0.1 hectares. More than 90% of this coffee is SL28 and SL34, two varieties with a long history in Kenya. Farmers sort their harvest at the station before the coffee is pulped, fermented for 24 hours, washed with water flowing from the Rwamuthambi River, and finally dried on raised beds.A great Kenyan coffee offering citrus acidity balanced by dried fruit sweetness and floral aromatics. For many of the farmers supplying Mugaya washing station, coffee is grown alongside maize, beans, potatoes, vegetables and tea on small plots around 0.1 hectares.
