Was der Röster sagt

Panama Hacienda La Esmeralda Aguila 3FC Washed Gesha Filter - Single Origin. Hacienda La Esmeralda is an estate that redefined modern specialty coffee. It is one of the most influential coffee farms in the world, known for its high altitude Gesha lots. Aguila 3FC is a high elevation, washed Gesha from the Aguila block on Esmeralda’s El Velo farm in the Quiel region; where cold room fermentation and slow, controlled drying are used to maximise clarity and intensity. El Velo is one of the newest farms within Hacienda La Esmeralda’s estate, purchased in 2012 in the Alto Quiel area of Boquete, Panama. Unlike the steeper, more fragmented slopes of Jaramillo or Canas Verdes, El Velo has a relatively flat, 50 hectare plateau, which allows the Peterson family to plant trees in neat rows and test new varieties and practices at scale.
