This coffee is available as Drip profile only. Cerro Palma is the highest hill in the state of Oaxaca, and an important symbolic and mystical site to the many indigenous tribes who have historically inhabited the area. This special selection is made up of three lots from Moises Hernandez and Floriberto Garcia Zurita, two members of the El Tucán Coffee Growers Association who also contribute to our Los Naranjos offering. These lots achieved higher scores and in turn fetched higher prices, and like the Cerro Palma itself, represent a special peak of quality rising above the crowd. In the cup, look for notes of pear, hazelnut, and custard. We encourage you to enjoy this coffee, available as a single roast profile, across multiple brew methods! This coffee is available as Drip profile only.
