The region's high altitude and fertile soils are ideal for producing the clean, fruit-forward profiles Rwanda is celebrated for. Cherries are hand-sorted and pulped within hours of harvest, before being fermented, washed, and sun-dried on raised beds for 12–14 days. Multiple stages of sorting and density separation ensure a consistently clean and high-quality cup.
