This year, however, the cup shows greater sweetness and more weight, with a firmer, more structured body, while maintaining the refined clarity and cleanliness that define this coffee. Through this washed Sewda, we believe you can experience what we remember as the finest expression of washed Ethiopian coffee—uplifting fresh florals, bright and lively acidity, and a refreshing, lingering sweetness.
