This Excelso from Colombia is fruity, creamy and sweet. We roast it on the darker side to round out the body. If you’re looking for a dark roast, this is in fact our darkest. In most spanish speaking countries ordering “Un Tinto” refers to red wine but in Colombia you would get a black Coffee. This Colombian coffee is our darkest roast. Slightly oily but not burnt.
