Was der Röster sagt
A deliciously complex and vibrant cup We have bought and featured this lot for three years straight in the United Kingdom, building a strong relationship with a lot of help from Laura and William at Minga who are responsible for the export and import of this coffee. Edier Vargas' Pink Burbon is one of our absolute favourite coffees in our Single Origin series. This lot has been processed through a 50-hour aerobic fermentation in cherry plus a 50-hour aerobic fermentation after being depulped. The result is an excellent cup with strong notes of Raspberry Jam, Apricot and Cola.A deliciously complex and vibrant cup We have bought and featured this lot for three years straight in the United Kingdom, building a strong relationship with a lot of help from Laura and William at Minga who are responsible for the export and import of this coffee.
