JASMINE – APRICOT YOGHURT – LYCHEE This Colombian “La Esmerelda” combines delicate floral notes with intense, exotic fruit sweetness. This naturally processed Chiroso is brought to us by Cesar Buesaquillo, from his 6 hectare family farm, located in Buenavista, Quindio. A 45 hour aerobic fermentation before drying is a critical step that enhances the coffee’s flavor profile. This controlled fermentation carried out by Cesar highlights the intrinsic flavors of the coffee, resulting in a cup that is rich and deeply connected to its origin. You can expect intense sweetness and exotic notes like lychee, apricot, and persimmon from the cup. *Although we make every attempt to have seasonal coffee available to order, occasionally some products are not available to ship immediately because we are in the process of hand-roasting them.* The roastery dispatch web orders via Royal Mail. All orders of a single 250g bag will be posted Second Class, orders with multiple bags will be posted First Class. For faster delivery please contact sales@alchemycoffee.co.uk
