This is what a modern espresso blend looks like. We took Edinson Argote's cherry co-fermented SL-28 and paired it with a clean washed Colombian. Cherry pie and chocolate in the same cup. Fruity and rich without picking a side. Dial it in on espresso and it's a showstopper. Brew it as a pour over and those cherry and chocolate notes open up even more. Either way, if you're tired of blends that play it safe, this is your move. Started as a limited release. People wouldn't let us stop making it. So now it stays.
