We are excited about this new offering from Peru. It is a washed geisha coffee. And it's kind of the quintessential, definition of a washed geisha, which is a really light coffee.

It has really nice florals, and it really has some really nice kinda green grape acidity with it as well. When we brewed this, we used a flat bottom Kalita filter, and we used heavy agitation on our pores to really cause the coffee grounds to move, which will help with the even extraction, and really kinda highlight those those delicate floral tasting notes. We're really enjoying this coffee, and hope you guys do as well. Enjoy.
