This is a new entry from Costa Rica. It is grown in the Tarrazu region by the Fallas family, who have been working with us for years. The farm is situated at an altitude of 1750 meters above sea level and is processed using the honey method, which contributes to its distinct flavour profile.

It is a sweet coffee with hints of red fruits, chocolate, and caramel. You can enjoy it as a filter coffee or an espresso.
