## O que a marca diz

> **Limited Offer **Our Brazil Twin Box brings together two distinctive Brazilian coffees from producers we have partnered with for many years. While both offer the sweetness, body and chocolate notes the origin is known for, their varietals and processing create two beautifully contrasting cup profiles. Roasted for filter, both coffees are equally suited to espresso and also shine as iced coffee or cold brew. Ivan Dos Santos Typica, Brazil 🇧🇷 A microlot from Brazil, also known as Sumatra, combining ripe berry notes, layered sweetness and a creamy body with remarkable clarity. Ivan dos Santos is one of our longest-standing producing partners in Brazil. Together with his family and FAF, he has helped demonstrate the quality and diversity that Brazilian coffee can achieve through thoughtful farming and innovative processing. Celso Minussi, Brazil 🇧🇷 A clean and approachable natural process coffee with notes of chocolate, caramel sweetness and a bright, refreshing acidity that brings elegance to a classic Brazilian profile. Celso Minussi is both a neighbour and long-time collaborator of Ivan. His coffees consistently combine sweetness, structure and clarity: a perfect complement to the more experimental approach of Ivan. Why Brazil? Brazil is renowned for coffees with chocolate sweetness, a full body and exceptional balance. In the hands of experienced producers, these familiar characteristics are elevated through meticulous farming and processing, revealing remarkable complexity while remaining effortlessly approachable. This Twin Box brings both perspectives together: a clean, classic natural alongside a rare anaerobic natural, offering two complementary expressions of one of our favourite coffee origins. Whether brewed as filter coffee or espresso, it is an ideal way to experience the diversity of Brazilian specialty coffee.
