While Esmeralda is best known for Geisha, this SL34 lot reveals a different side of the estate’s terroir, bold, fruity, and deeply sweet. Processed as an anaerobic natural, the cherries are fermented in oxygen-free tanks to amplify fruit intensity, then dried slowly to lock in sweetness and complexity. We’ve roasted it ultra-light to let the nuances shine. Expect ripe raspberry and blackberry, with floral lift and a candy-like sweetness that lingers on the finish.
