Located high in the Quiel region, this lot benefits from cool mountain air, volcanic soils, and the precise cultivation that has made Esmeralda a benchmark for Geisha worldwide. After harvest, the cherries are depulped and fermented for 72 hours, allowing delicate florals and sweetness to develop. The coffee is then carefully dried in a mechanical dryer over 17 days, ensuring stability while preserving its aromatic clarity. We’ve roasted it ultra-light to let the nuances shine. Expect layered florals, hibiscus, rose, and jasmine, supported by a soft honey sweetness and refined structure.
