Bloom uses a retractable needle system to break apart clumps, redistribute density, and remove trapped air pockets before the first pour. This creates a more even extraction and a cleaner, more controlled drawdown. The tool includes two needle configurations. Straight Needles for focused distribution and Fan Needles for wider coverage across the bed. Both help reduce static and keep fines more evenly distributed throughout the coffee.
