Jameson Savage is known for, you know, immense care to to his cherries and to cultivation and to the harvest of the cherries. But he's also really known for his post Processing, drying methods, how he processes all the coffees are really unique to bring out really, really amazing flavors.

To me, the Jameson Savage Panama geisha is is one of the most rare coffees in how it tastes and and just his Unique way of processing them is gonna taste very, very different than a lot of other coffees I've ever tasted. But specifically for this one, we featured a couple different coffees from Jameson Savage. They're all amazing. This one is no exception.

But this one is very much on the, like, I thought just purple and fruits. When I think purple, it was a very floral coffee that I thought of, like, violet and jasmine kind of mixed in together as the florals that came through. But, also, it's kind of like a grape soda. It has a really nice, Like, red grape flavor while being really sweet and balanced without having that bright intensity that comes through.

And so specifically for this coffee, it was one that you're gonna really like brewing. It brews really easily because we use the When brewing this coffee, you're gonna find that it's gonna drain pretty fast, especially because his coffee's a little bit more heavily processed. It's gonna lead to a little bit more of a quicker drain time. But don't let that dissuade you from finding that it's gonna taste amazing.

Specifically from this coffee, again, like I said, it's gonna be grape soda. You're gonna have almost like a lime flavor, not as much in terms of like the acidity, but like lime flavor coming through, balancing it out with the violet and with the jasmine towards the end. It's a really, really elegant coffee.
