This is our Instant Puebla Puhuac, a thoughtfully sourced regional lot from Mexico. Each year we partner with our friends at Red Fox coffee to source regional lots and single-producer micro-lots from all over Mexico. This regional stood out to us for it's unique layered complexity of lime and allspice, reminiscent of plums in it's sweetness.
