This specific coffee focuses on extended dry time and fermentation creating confectionary strawberry fruit like notes and unique botanicals that reminded us of violet. This is our last Las Lajas of the year so be sure to enjoy the last fruits of a truly impressive harvest from our friends at Las Lajas this year.
