O que a marca diz
Plan del Hoyo has been part of the de Sola family since 1957. After years of cattle farming and wood production, the eruption of the Lamatepec Volcano in 2005 led the family to diversify the land. Francisco R.R. de Sola planted coffee in 2015 with support from the El Salvador Agricultural Department and now runs the farm with his sister, Susana. Their focus on improving both quality and production led Plan del Hoyo to place eighth in the 2023 Cup of Excellence. For this Washed SL28 lot, ripe cherries are handpicked and sorted, fermented in jute sacks for 16 hours and dried on brick patios for 16 days.Plan del Hoyo has been part of the de Sola family since 1957.
