Big Monday is a sweet and creamy coffee with notes of caramel, chocolate and red apple. The coffee is grown both on our own Lykke farm and on neighboring farms in the mountainous region of Chalatenango, El Salvador. A field blend of sweet little Pacas and bourbon beans from 13 different coffee farms in the area.
