O que a marca diz

Ethiopia is where coffee began, and Guji is where it still shows off. This lot comes from the villages of Dari Kojuwa and Geda Baili in Hambela, West Guji. Right on the border of the famous Yirgacheffe growing district, with the high altitudes and rich soils to match. The farms here grow heirloom varieties native to Ethiopia, naturally organic by default. The landrace trees and their environment look after pest control and fertilizer all on their own. In the cup, it's everything we want from a fruit-forward Ethiopian natural. Syrupy, sweet and a little floral. As a black coffee, the fruity and floral notes do all the talking; through milk it settles into something like milk chocolate. Processing Natural
