Liza is a lively micro-lot from the first class of the experimental coffee farm in the Western Province of Rwanda. This coffee is grown at high altitude in the Western Province and thanks to the Anaerobic process, it offers a powerful coffee, fruity in taste and beautifully structured. Liza has a tropical intensity – it does something with pineapple, lemon and nectarine and is completed with a sweet undertone of nectarine. For those who love a 'funky' profile with a sweet, fruity undertone, Liza is a must-try.
