O que a marca diz
We've been buying coffee from Sebastian Ramirez of El Placer for five years. In that time he has become a farmer of world renown with his coffee placing first at the world finals of "Coffee In Good Spirits", and his coffees are frequently used to compete on both national and world competition stages. Monika visited Sebastian at his farm in Calarca, Quindio in 2024 and was blown away by both his attention to detail and the science behind his processing methods. He's a real coffee pioneer. Our tasting/cupping notes for this second coffee come from our Q Grader, Monika. She'll always find at least 7 or 8 aromas, taste notes etc and then select the three she finds most pronounced to put on our bags. For this coffee she selected Floral, Apricot and Milk ChocolateWe've been buying coffee from Sebastian Ramirez of El Placer for five years.
