This coffee works well for all brew methods. Filter: Dose 15g-17g, water 250g. Espresso: Dose 18 gram to 38 gram yield over about 30 seconds. Visit our brew guides for more tips and suggestions. Every year we look for coffees with a flavour profile to complement tastes and flavours typically found around this time of year. These tend to be chocolate, orange, rich dried fruits (ie Christmas Cake) and boozy/alcohol like tasting notes. We like to feature our relationship producers in our Christmas coffee blend and every year we are able to find great coffees from Costa Rica and Rwanda with these kind of tasting notes. Our Christmas coffee blend is suitable for all brew methods and we roast this blend using an omni roast making it suitable as a light roast espresso or a medium roast coffee for cafetiere, filter and aeropress.
