O que a marca diz

Pineapple, passionfruit & chocolate strawberry. Nestled atop the magnificent Mt Elgon, Muyanda Washing Station brings together the very best of Ugandan coffee. The result is a great example of both the diversity of flavours available from Ugandan coffee along with the experimental spirit of its farmers. Zukuka Bora works closely with smallholder farmers to enrich selective harvesting and processing methods, resulting in excellent coffee quality. Farmers are paid forthwith when they deliver their harvest to the processing site and are incentivised with after-season bonuses for coffee cherries on the mountain. The whole cherry is placed in airtight drums with one-way airlocks for 5 days, then taken out to dry in direct sunlight and moved into covered greenhouses to finish. Savour a beautiful melange of pineapple, passionfruit and chocolate-dipped strawberries on the tip of your tongue.
