ROCKY ROAD

Rocky Road (Classic Based Dark Roast), This is our most developed house-blend roasting profile. We created this blend for traditional way and creative coffee drinks; you can enjoy it with milk or any syrup. It has a bittersweet taste, low acidity, and a full body, like a classic Italian style.

This blend combines Brazil Cerrado (natural process) and Thailand Mae Suai (washed process). This dark roast we using a Loring machine, it retains the character of a classic Italian roast while maintaining a balanced espresso with strong notes of dark chocolate, caramel nutty, followed by a marshmallow finish.
