O que a marca diz

Another of Ethiopia's best from our most recent buying round, which has been a particularly good year! This time a washed process coffee from Halo Beriti Washing Station, roasted for espresso. Halo Beriti serves 750 small holder farmers in the region, our favourite way to buy coffee. From larger groups of quality focussed small holder farmers producing some of the most stand out coffees available. This particular lot is a “special prep” meaning it has gone through an extra round of hand sorting to make sure only the best of the crop makes it into the bags. Jammy apricot with mild toffee flavours. Juicy malic acidity and clean fruit-like sweetness.
