Most of the coffee they produce is natural sundried, and each year we have the privilege of tasting a wide range of exceptional single-farmer lots. Even amongst this impressive lineup, Shiferaw Dukale’s coffee stood out for its unique fruit complexity and shining acidity. We taste bright notes of strawberry and lime atop a juicy body.
