Through the years, Soren’s Project has evolved from a blend to a single origin coffee. Now, as we continue to advance and refine our coffee program, we have re-worked this offering back into a blend. And the redevelopment process involved the very person the blend was originally named for: Soren FairchildWith the help of Soren and the Commonplace Coffee roasting team, Soren’s Project is comprised of coffee from the Grupo Mártir and Divino Niño cooperatives, located in Huila, Colombia. Their hard work has resulted in a sweet coffee with cherry notes as well as a malic, apple-like acidity. We are excited to share this signature blend that not only highlights these incredible producers but also Soren’s skill set and palate, which contributed to the continued story of this special coffee.
