In addition to Wilton Benitez's signature thermal shock processing, this coffee is decaffeinated using ethyl acetate, i.e. sugar cane, our preferred method for decaf coffees. Much like it's caffeinated brother, this coffee tastes like guava juice, with a more floral and tea-like compliment. This lightly roasted coffee is high in clarity, as there is little in way of roasty flavours or traditional decaf taste.
