O que a marca diz

This coffee showcases a cup profile similar to a washed process—sweet and balanced with soft citrus acidity, reminiscent of good Costa Rican coffee. We have been fortunate to be involved with the Gorongosa project for over five years. The coffee programme within the National Park is one part of an ambitious effort to rewild and restore the area. Once a place of outstanding natural beauty, the park was closed and abandoned in 1983 following the outbreak of civil war in Mozambique. The years of conflict that followed devastated both the park and its wildlife. Restoration began in 2004 through a partnership between American philanthropist Gregory Carr and the Mozambican government. The project has been immensely successful, and the quality of the coffee grown there continues to improve year after year.
