## O que a marca diz

> A bright, fruit-forward natural-process coffee with delightful complexity. Strawberry and blueberry notes dance across the palate with creamy body and subtle vanilla undertones, finishing with hints of toffee, cacao, and milk chocolate. This coffee is excellent for filter brewing; it brings the juice to the table. We Taste: Strawberry, Blueberry, Cream, Vanilla Region: Sipi, Mount Elgon, Bulambuli & Kapchorwa Districts, Uganda Altitude: 2,000 – 2,300 m.a.s.l Varieties: Nyasaland, SL14, SL28 Processing: Natural (sun-dried) Sourced: The Coffee Gardens / Falcon Coffee Importers The Coffee Gardens was established in 2017 with a commitment to producing exceptional specialty coffee while maintaining ethical practices and transparency throughout the supply chain. The project prioritizes improving farmer incomes and livelihoods, creating rural employment opportunities, promoting gender equality, and providing training in Good Agricultural Practices (GAP). Beginning with the 2025-26 harvest, The Coffee Gardens partnered with Enimiro, which sources coffee from 231 smallholder farmers across eight sourcing zones in the Bulambuli and Kapchorwa districts on the slopes of Mount Elgon. All coffee is delivered to the Sipi washing station for processing. Falcon has been a dedicated partner of The Coffee Gardens since 2019, growing the relationship from an initial 26 bags to 3–4 containers annually, demonstrating the sustainable impact of this collaborative model. This coffee represents a direct connection between ethical farming practices and exceptional quality.
