All Natural is our year-round seasonal filter roast, showcasing coffees processed using the traditional natural method. These coffees are sourced from regions where natural processing is either a long-standing tradition or a practical choice due to limited access to water and/or processing infrastructure.
The natural, or ‘dry’, process involves drying the coffee as whole cherries, resulting in a bold, fruity, and often fermented flavour profile. This method also requires far fewer resources than the traditional washed process and reduces the risk of water pollution on the farm.
This coffee has been produced by the Rwamatamu washing station in Rwanda. Expect a complex and fruity cup with notes of orange, berries and caramel.
