The MILK MAN is a new blend built on the same reliable foundation as the LGB, using two clean washed coffees, now complemented by a portion of natural processed coffee to bring extra sweetness and complexity. While this is a versatile, all-purpose blend, its heart lies in creating exceptional espresso: the perfect base for milk drinks, whether made with dairy milk or plant-based alternatives.
Our second Milk Man is dedicated to a wonderful new coffee drink: DIRTY COFFEE. It starts with a double espresso from our Milk Man, gently poured over 15 cl of very cold, semi-concentrated whole milk. Served in a (chilled) glass, it’s as beautiful as it is delicious—deep coffee flavors with a striking contrast: hot on the upper lip, cold on the lower.
