O que a marca diz
Founded in 2015 by a family initiative in Palestina, Huila, the Grupo Asociación Palestina unites eight partners and 50 coffee-growing families across 200 hectares. Most growers inherited their farms through family lineage; some received them through Colombia's land restitution program. Together, they cultivate classical varieties — Colombia, Caturra, Castillo — as well as experimentals like Tabi, Pink Bourbon, and Gesha. The group combines traditional washed processing with prolonged fermentation, anaerobic, and natural methods. La Cristalina is part of their natural processing program, developed to minimise water use while maximising cup quality. The name says it all: a naturally processed coffee with a clean, crystal-bright cup.Founded in 2015 by a family initiative in Palestina, Huila, the Grupo Asociación Palestina unites eight partners and 50 coffee-growing families across 200 hectares.
