Das Ergebnis ist ein saftiger Kaffee mit Noten von Blutorange und Honig – getragen von einer milden, honigartigen Süsse und einer frischen, delikaten Säure. Eine saubere, homogene Ernte sorgt für die weiche Textur; die 36-stündige, trockene Fermentation ohne Wasser unterstützt das Mundgefühl und bewahrt die klare Aromatik. Der Geschmack spiegelt die Varietäten Caturra, Catuaí, Typica und Pache ebenso wider wie die sorgfältige Arbeit im Feld und die enge Zusammenarbeit vor Ort. **Tipp bezüglich Extraktion:** Dieser Kaffee hat bei der Extraktion am Anfang eine hohe "Puck Resistance", d.h. es dauert bei optimalem Mahlgrad einige Sekunden länger als normal, bis der Kaffee aus dem Siebträger läuft. Nach einigen Sekunden verliert er jedoch viel von dieser "Puck Resistance" und der Kaffee läuft eher schnell. Dies ist normal und hat keinen Einfluss auf den Geschmack.
